Try new Video Planner features early and tell us what you think.

Public beta

Open to anyone with an account. Join in one click from My account (or below), and leave whenever you like. You'll see features marked Beta as soon as they're ready to try.

Private beta

Features at an earlier stage, while we're still building them. Apply and we'll look at your application. Private testers also get everything in the public beta. Private beta features are confidential until they're released.

Beta features follow your plan as usual: joining the beta doesn't unlock features your plan doesn't include.

Beta rules

Beta features are unfinished. They may change, break, lose data or be removed without notice. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Keep your Discord linked, and stay in our server. Testers need their Discord account linked in My account and to be in our Discord server, so bug reports reach us quickly in the right beta channel. Unlinking Discord or leaving the server takes you out of the beta, and private testers must apply again.
Report what you find. Post bugs and rough edges in the beta channel on our Discord. Screenshots and steps to repeat it help a lot.
Private beta is confidential. Don't share screenshots, videos or details of private beta features publicly until they're released. Public beta features are fine to talk about.
Don't break things for others. Test with your own account and data only. Security testing must follow the rules on our "How Video Planner is made" page.
Be constructive. Our Community Guidelines still apply in feedback, on Discord and everywhere else.
No change to your plan, and no source code. Joining the beta doesn't change your plan, price or limits. Beta features may need a paid plan later, and being a tester doesn't give you access to our source code.
We can remove you. We may remove anyone from the beta at any time, for example for breaking these rules. You can leave whenever you like in My account.

Testers need their Discord account linked in My account and to be in our Discord. You'll get the Beta Tester role and access to the beta bug-report channels.
