Video Planner

Team collaboration for YouTubers

Work with editors, writers and channel managers: invite people by email, choose what each person can see, and limit people to the videos assigned to them.

As a channel grows, more people get involved. Video Planner lets them work in your workspace while you stay in control of what they see.

Invite anyone by email

Invite people by email, even if they don't have an account yet. They join from the link in the email.

Roles that fit the job

Pick a role for each person: editor, script writer, shot planner, thumbnail designer, stream producer, viewer, or a role you make yourself. Each area (scripts, sponsors, music and so on) can be denied, view-only or editable.

Only the videos they need

Limit a person to the videos you assign to them, so a new editor only sees the projects they're working on.

Channel managers

Give a trusted person the channel manager role and they can look after the team for you, without being able to change your own access.

Talk in one place

Every workspace has a team chat, and people can message each other directly.

Frequently asked questions

Can someone I invite see everything?

Only if you give them a role that allows it. New custom roles start with every area denied, and you open up what they need.

What happens when someone leaves?

Remove them and their access stops straight away. What they added stays in your workspace.
